As an individual participant, you must register via the modules below.

A distinction is made between three groups of participants:

• Professionally active participants
• Students, up to their 30th birthday, who have no professional income (student certificate and declaration on honour of non-professional income)
• Retired participants, without professional income (on the basis of a declaration on honour)

The early bird discount is valid until the 30th of june 2023.

As the congress takes place at the European Parliament in Strasbourg, you, as a participant, are subject to security measures by the Parliament. When filling in the details during the registration procedure, you will therefore also be asked in addition to your contact details, to indicate your date of birth, your nationality, the type of document of your identity document (identity card or passport) and its number. Along with your surname and first name, this data will be transferred to the European Parliament's security services. If these services prohibit you from entering the European Parliament, your registration will expire. No compensation can be claimed for these reasons.

Registration is only final if it is followed by full payment (transfer, bank cards, credit cards and, for France, checks).
